Down In The Valley

Wow, It seems like the main topic this month has been sickness!
I feel bad for those of you who might be coming here and looking for encouragement!
Oops! wrong blog! ;>
Ha!
This hasn't been an terribly taxing time for me but it has been draaaaining.
In the past, some of my most encouraging writings have flowed from my own extreme trials in life but right now, I just feel REALLY dull and weary and words just aren't showing up! So until they do, this might be a good time to dig through the archives or move on to a more uplifting blog. :>
I welcome your comments and emails and I cherish your friendship.

~ Peace I give unto you.~

He's given us so many things but to me- peace is priceless.
To be in the midst of a heart wrenching crisis{or drained and weary} and then feel His peace come flowing in... oh, it is worth so much to me!

Oh Father, if the one reading this today is in one of those times of peril, I pray that your peace- the peace that passes all understanding- would fill and flow and surround this precious one right now.

:)

Father lift up their heads that their eyes would see beyond the hills, for You, O LORD, are the lifter of our heads, our glory and our peace!

Holly, don't be too hard on yourself. You've been not feeling well, and the winter can get you down if it's cold and dreary and you have to stay in. I hope you'll be back to your best real soon. P.S. I received the Vintage Stocking package. It was super. (Read my email I sent you.) It was lovely - from the packaging to each little gift that you took the time to choose. You certainly showed His love to me! --gin

As someone who has bipolar let me say, if you're drained, you're drained. Being upset about it will only make you more drained.

And that's a great picture.

Have we met?

Yup, you're right!
Being upset is definetely a DRAIN.
Thankfully, my drain is stopping and my energy is filling back up!

Stop by anytime!
