Answer To Unspoken Prayer

I'm not positive but I think this is a photo of Lake Michigan. I lived near lake Michigan once. When I moved there, I didn't realize I'd be living so close to the lake or how big the lake was. If you've never been there, it's really BIG. It's like the ocean if it's a windy day- which is almost always! the beach is sandy and it just feels like "the beach". When I lived there, I considered it a gift from God; an answer to a unspoken request. You see, I had always wanted to live near the Pacific ocean. My heart longed for it. I love the ocean. But, my husband does not. In our marriage there is a lot of give and take. I don't have everything my way and he doesn't either. So, living by the ocean or visiting there often, isn't something I have done in my married life. But when we moved to Michigan, it was the next best thing. God gave me the desire of my heart while being sensitive toward my husband's desires too. God's like that. He loves His kids and likes to surprise them with little things at times. I love Him.

I lived in the pinkie for 5 (?) years. I've moved 7 times in 10 years so time has become a fuzzy concept for me. :>; May 14, 2008 at 4:01 AM

Life Changing Scriptures

Turn to me and be saved all ye ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself. The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness and will not turn back, that to me every knee will bow, every tounge will swear allegiance. (Isaiah 45:22-23)
The Lord's lovingkindess indeed never ceases. For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. (Lam. 3:22-23)

This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Tim. 2:4)
He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Cor. 5:21)
and he died for all that they who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf. (2 Cor. 5:15)
He who descended is Himself also He who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things. (Eph. 4:10)
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen. (Romans 11: 36)
And He is the image of the invisible God, the first born of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities- all things have been created by Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. He is also head of the church; and He is the beginning, the first born from the dead; so that He Himself might come to have first place in everything.
